I had an idea that if we take the lower levels say below 70 and make a small sister clan we could even the playing ground for wars i would take the initiative to donate to war castles as well as do what the clan needs of me. I believe this will help our clan as a whole.

If I may say, the playing ground for wars is not the problem we had(may still be having) its the quality of our offense and defense
From what I have seen, some people want to commit to quality defense and some just want a base that wont die quickly
Offense same problem, some people just wanted a 2 star when 3 is what wins wars, loot is important, but not when we lose wars...

I am still a tad confused on how we are matched up. It seems we get stacked against teams that will beat us and our lower guys have no chance no matter what we do. Tabby changed her base to match a good one online for her th and still got crushed. I think we really need to push people to upgrade their defenses. At this point Boss I don't think it matters what we do because we have members who know we are at war cause I give warning and they use one attack and blow off their second. Some are still attacking low guys which screw our low guys. It has become frusterating.

Jet, you i believe having a war party is the way to go then slowly expand, maybe right before war kick out everyone not willing to war, those that want to come
Back can freely and those who want to war will make their base a war base and you can let them in

Get a war group together that will use both attacks and use them wisely, anyone that doenst get 3 stars with 2 attacks has got to go and those who only use 1 attack have got to go, also defense is suuuuper important!!!! If your cc isn't centered your done for also i have a new war base that is shredding people!! Only have been 1 starred

I think having a third clan would be a lot to manage. We are loosing our loyal people going to other clans. I can understand not wanting to war so head to Sleppy Panda's. But if we start a third clan or tell people to head to a third clan then Crazy Panda's will be no more.
It is hard to know who will use both attacks cause I have seen our good war people, myself included, get caught up with work or whatever and miss that second attack. This game was supposed to be for fun and now I find people stressed including me. I am considering opening up to invite new members and building back up to the clan we were. We have slipped and I just do not know.

Thats why id say start with a small war group who is willing to war as much as we want, first, how much do you wanna war?

I have no issue with back to back wars as long as someone else has the ability to help donate high level troops to the cc. When it is only one or two of us doing it then it cost so much and we have to have a recover period.

I have to say back to back wars would be fun but also a bit overwhelming. And a lot of loot causing slow progress!
