I think we need to come up with a system to start wars, as leaders can we so a rotation of war starts?
Jet choses when the next war will start, then after that Boot will get to decide when the next war after that is, then Yimmy, then Hyped then Me, and the person who's turn it is will have to either be the main force of donating to defense or pass on choosing when he next war is..
Good idea bad idea?

Yes, we need to do something like that because it looks like we missed this weekend. Perhaps if we say wars should start on a particular day & then rotate through the leaders/co-leaders on the person in charge of managing the war. I think Thursday start day was the most popular, but maybe 2 wars a week?

I think also the person who is managing the war needs to check on the availability of peeps for the period of war & Boot/invite those that are inactive or unavailable for the war BEFORE putting us in for matchmaking. So duties of the war manager....
1) Decide when we are going to war
2) Boot (with/without re-invite) to ensure only active members are involved
3) Manage the donations him/herself (you can get others to help, but only high lvl Drag/Wizzy/Archer combo)
4) Manage the attacks, answer the queries & generally be available as much as you can during the war to lead the clan to Victory!!!

This sounds like a good idea. Let's try it out and see how it goes. I am still not 100% available today. My husband surprised me with an overnight trip. So if you guys want to start war today go for it. I will do my best to be on helping with the donating. But I do like this plan.

So in a working method, jet would pass And it would be Boots turn do decide when to war. So we will wait on word from boot. Also maybe a leader can choose an elder to help then with donations, get the elders involved?

I have done one already, prob someone else's turn. I think Jet has declared war 3 times & I have once so far. Jet & I have mostly managed donations as well with some help from others.
