I was thinking that all the Elders need to start recruiting new players no lower than level 60, our clan now is great and with our lower level players all getting higher we will be even better. So maybe from now on when recruiting the requirements are to be level 60+ with some if not all level 5 troops and max TH 7 or a level 8 TH please comment with your opinions on what our recruiting requirements should be. Thanks for reading.

I think this sounds great. I was thinking along the same lines and level 60 is a good place to start.

Well I say the 60 cap is good, but no rushed Town Halls, also if we want to recruit on the forums and we need a good  to do it... Can anyone graphic design a ? |

No clue how to do a but that is a good idea. I say we do a mass invite and put the new guys on probation and give them a week or whatever to see what kind of members they will be. If they suck kick them & if they are good then great for us. |
