Everyone with half a brain knows that blizzard is trying to avoid new regulations using legal holes on different countries regarding ingame lootboxes or stuff like HS packs. But the point is what is Blizzard hiding that they can't reveal what are the drop rates for packs? Clearly packs are fixed there are a number of different algorithms making it so that u can't get good cards, ever wonder why u only get bad epics and bad legendaries, plus there are always holes that take too long to fill in the common and uncommon card. Not only is blizzard hiding a rippoff on packs they are also hiding info about it, not one post ever was seen on why blizzard is using legal holes.
